Bright Green Roof – Terms & Conditions
By scheduling an inspection or treatment with Bright Green Roof, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Bright Green Roof provides asphalt shingle roof rejuvenation and preventative maintenance services. We do not perform roof repairs, leak repairs, structural repairs, or roof replacements.
2. Inspection Fee
A $99 roof inspection fee is required prior to treatment. This fee is credited toward the cost of treatment if the roof qualifies and service is performed.
3. Roof Qualification
Not all roofs qualify for treatment. Roofs with active leaks, structural damage, severe deterioration, or improper installation may be declined. Bright Green Roof reserves the right to refuse service if a roof is not a suitable candidate.
4. No Leak Guarantee
Roof rejuvenation improves shingle flexibility and longevity but does not guarantee leak prevention. Existing leaks or structural deficiencies must be repaired prior to treatment.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on your invoice.
6. Weather Delays
Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather conditions to ensure proper application and safety.
7. Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the roof and surrounding work areas.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bright Green Roof shall not be liable for pre-existing roof conditions, hidden defects, or issues unrelated to the rejuvenation treatment.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
